Risto Huvila has an extensive career both as a senior manager and a consultant & trainer, and he has held executive and non-executive positions in both commercial and non-profit organizations in the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Finland since 1995.
Risto has also held several C-level interim management positions as a turnaround manager, and has participated in a number of both domestic and international M&A processes.
Since 1997 Risto has served a number of educational institutions and companies as a lecturer and today he lectures frequently in both domestic and international arenas, with topics covering business, religion, anti-Semitism, history of Israel and his favourite President Harry Truman, about whom Risto authored the book "The Miracle of Israel and President Truman", published in Finnish and English in 2018.
In addition to his consulting practise, Risto serves as Chairman of the Federation of Finland-Israel Association, Vice-Chair of the Finnish Holocaust Remembrance Association and the Secretary of the Group Against Antisemitism in the Parliament of Finland.
Risto has a wide international network among leaders in business, politics, government and diplomacy.
